Analytica Consulting Services was established in 2005 to provide specialist training, research and programme support in the areas of crime prevention, community safety, neighbourhood renewal and justice reform. Based in the UK, it includes a core staff team and a group of specialist associates. We operate in many developing and developed countries, supporting practitioners and policy makers working to create safer communities.

Our ‘learning programmes’ are delivered ‘on site’ and customised to meet specific local needs. We offer short courses ranging from ‘introductory’ to ‘advanced’ on a range of topics, as well as coaching, mentoring, study tours, learning sets and practical programme support. All that we do is directed towards developing skills that will improve decision-making and increase capacity to deliver evidence-based cost-effective solutions that achieve significant improvements in quality of life, especially for the poor, disadvantaged and socially excluded.

Analytica staff and associates have extensive experience and a reputation for delivering quality services. European assignments have included work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYR Macedonia, Germany, Greece, Kosovo, Lithuania, Romania and Serbia. In the UK, we work with central government and its agencies; police and probation services; local authorities; crime and disorder reduction partnerships and youth offending teams. We have delivered major training and consultancy contracts for the Governments of New Zealand and Canada, and work collaboratively with UN-Habitat (Nairobi), UN Office on Drugs and Crime (Vienna), the European Forum for Urban Safety (Paris) and the International Centre for Crime Prevention (Montreal).
